Shan Appajodu – Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Shan is the business and technology arcitict behind Muzigle and GuruSwara. Prior to Muzigle, Shan was most recently founder and CEO of RingCube Technologies, a pioneer in Desktop Virtualization systems funded by leading VC firms, NEA and MDV. RingCube is acquired by Citrix Systems. Shan is a seasoned technology executive with more than 14 years experience in building technology products and successfully taking them to the market. Prior to RingCube, Shan worked in product management and engineering leadership positions at Borland and Healtheon. Shan also is an adjunct faculty at the Computer Engineering department of San Jose State University where he teaches courses on Mobile & Distributed computing. Shan co-authored "Wireless Java Programming for the Enterprise" published by John Wiley and Sons in 2001. Shan has been nominated by Silicon Valley Business Journal for 40 entrepreneurs under 40 for year 2007. Shan has several patents filed in the areas of Operating System Virtualization and mobile computing. Shan holds masters degree in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and an undergraduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering from S.V. University, India.
